Most screen repairs are done within a 30 minute time frame. Timing can change depending complexity and stock.
- Yes, all parts and repair services include a 90-day warranty. This warranty covers only the part(s) that were replaced. It does not cover any subsequent damage to the phone or components that were not replaced.
Yes, we typically need your password in-order to test the functionality of the part. However, if you’re not comfortable giving your password, you can test the changed part in-store with a tech. This may increase the repair wait times.
We source high quality parts that have passed rigorous testing. These parts are affordable and work great on your device. However, if you prefer OEM parts only we are able to source them for you but pricing is usually significantly higher.
We are currently working on a pick up and drop off service for our customers but it’s not quite ready. Once it is we will announce it on all our social media channels. Follow us for current and up to date information on our products and services.
If you find a better advertised price for a product or service that we offer, we will match it! All you need to do is bring a copy of the advertised price.
We fix most Apple, Samsung , LG & Google devices. If your device is a different brand you can still bring it in, we will likely need to order the part for you. Which will add to the repair wait times.
